2. Booking and Services

Appointments: Bookings made via Webba-Booking are subject to our 24-Hour Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
- Cancellations & Reschedules: Changes with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service.
- No-Shows: 100% of the service total is charged for no-shows or arrivals 15+ minutes late.
- Consultations: No-shows for consultations prevent rebooking.
- Repeat No-Shows: Missing more than 2 appointments results in a booking ban, and purchased packages are forfeited without refund.
- Payment Terms: Your card on file will be charged via Stripe for missed appointments. Outstanding balances must be cleared before rebooking.
No Refund Policy: All sales (services and products) are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered. By booking or purchasing, you agree to this policy.

3. User Accounts

The My Account page allows you to store personal information (e.g., appointment history, contact details). Account creation is optional for booking.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and must notify us immediately of unauthorized use at admin@comfortrefined.com.
