Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To protect our schedule and respect everyone’s time:

Cancellations & Reschedules

Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service.

No-Shows

100% of the service total will be charged for no-shows.
If you arrive 15+ minutes late, it may be considered a no-show.

Consultations

If you no-show your consultation, you will not be allowed to rebook.

Repeat No-Shows

If you miss more than 2 appointments, future bookings are not allowed.
Purchased packages will be forfeited without refund.

Payment Terms
